The PF Series Heated-Roll-Type flatwork ironer is equiped with a simple-to-use control system that provides precise temperature regulation. Its state-of-the-art design ensures conformity to world safety standards. Features such as electrical circuit protection, emergency stops, safety labels and hand guards help to ensure safe operation and ease of use. Additional features include a chrome plated heating cylinder, powerful exhaust blower, padding and ribbons of high temperature resistant nomex, padded compression roll and easily accessible controls.

The PFC Chest Type Ironer is designed for demanding commercial, industrial, health care or hospital laundries. A v-belt drive system with an advanced AC variable frequency inverter is used for smooth operation. Heavy-duty reliable gear reducers are used for each rorller and each roller has its own powerful independent suction fan for collecting evaporated moisture. The PFC series is available with 1-4 roll modular steam heated ironing sections and also has the option of using thermal oil to provide an exceptional ironing performance. It is also provided with the same control system as the PF series.

The Powerline flatwork PFC series is equipped with a simple-to-use control system that provides precise temperature regulation. The temperatures are shwon on a digital readout. The electronic temperature control provides for adjustment of the ironing temperature at any time during operation. A standard high efficiency variable speed inverter controls the speed in an extended speed range to suit the wide variety of fabrics and moisture retentions. The speed can be adjusted at any time during the operation, and the variable speed drive provided by the inverter reduces the stress on the drive components including sprockets, bearings, shafts and chains. The control panel is equipped with an air pressure gauge, steam pressure gauge, roll up / down button controls, exhaust system controls and a main roller drive control.
