Loading and unloading is fast and easy through the oversized door that's opening 160 degrees away from the laundry carts. The door is constructed of stainless steel and equiped with an oversized hinge for extra strength and durability, also placed at a convenient height for laundry carts. This is the same heavy-duty design used for our industrial strength high-speed freestanding washer-extractors. The door gasket is made of silicone for long life, sealing to the shell every time without leaking. A powerful and electro-mechanical door interlocking system is provided for a safe and easy operation.

The high speed (G-force) brings down the moisture retention to levels that save significant amounts of energy and time. Labor cost will be reduced and productivity will increase. The SP models generate G-forces almost four times greater than conventional standard "Hard-To-Mount" machines. The suspension system is soft and absorbs the majority of the vibrations transferred to the floor. The five degree lean back of the cylinder will significantly reduce the balance problems and reduce the load on the shaft and breaings increasing the life expectancy. Rugged casti iron construction is used in our durable breaing housing. The shaft is constructed of high strength steel. The seals are greaseable yielding longer life. Should the seals leak, the main bearings will not be damaged tahnks to an extra large leak off area.

For hygienic purposes, the machine has separate loading and unloading doors. A five compartment dispenser for both liquid and powder detergents is standard. The dispenser is mounted on the side of the machine at a convenient height for easy reach. The dispenser is flushed automatically during the wash cycle. The suspension system has been designed and engineered for stability and performance. The spring suspension is standard on the 40 and 100 pound models while the air cushion suspension is standard on the larger capacities.

The cylinder shaft is constructed from high tensile strength steel and hard chromed for corrosion resistance. Seals are easy to access and replace. V-belts and heavy duty pulleys provide a safe and long lasting drive system.
